From our humble beginnings in a converted garage in 1993, Chalbrook Services Ltd (CSL) has grown to a successful cash positive business.

Our growth

We were proud to be awarded membership of the NICEIC in September 1996, and through hard work and continued professionalism the company grew, enabling us to purchase our own freehold office premises in Purley in 1998.

We've continued evolving and improving our services since then, with our biggest contract to date being £3.5 million.

Our experience

CSL has been designing and installing innovative and high quality electrical and mechanical building services to cost and to deadline for more than 20 years.
Our design team's knowledge of the relevant products and installation techniques enables them to meet our client's cost and quality requirements. And our experienced project managers and fully trained mechanical and electrical engineers work fast and effectively with other contracting teams to make your building fully functional.

Our skilled team

Our project managers all have between 15 and 40 years experience in their fields. We have a team of fully trained engineers producing a high standard or workmanship on site. They are extremely knowledgeable about all systems designed either by us, or by others. We also offer young people electrical apprenticeships, thus securing a future work force for the industry.

Office-based staff have the facilities to produce drawings on Revit, Autocad and Vector Works, and, due to our vast experience of both manufacturers and installation techniques we are able to work closely with design consultants in order to meet with clients requirements of cost and quality.

Our partners

We are affiliated with a mechanical services company, who have 30 years' experience in their field. We have carried out the majority of our projects as a team. By working as a team, we eliminate potential clashes between the electrical and mechanical services.

Quality assurance and insurance

We have been registered with the NICEIC since 1996, and have public liability insurance of £10 million and professional indemnity insurance of £5 million.
